| 2008 Pinot Gris (off-dry) |
This is a slightly softer and sweeter Pinot Gris than our dry Gris. This wine has a medium-full body texture and fruit overtones with a hint of oak. The bigger body and color in this wine were developed with a more enhanced juice to skin maceration at the beginning of fermentation. This is all complimented by a small amount (approx. ½ %) of residual sugar, which softens the acidity of this normally crisp wine. | $17 | ||
